Solid Win over Oakland

Last Sunday the Patriots beat the Oakland Raiders 31 to 19, in a decisive victory where Aaron Hernandez was injured, and Welker picked up the slack by catching nine passes, for 158 yards and a touchdown. He caught more than half of Brady's 16 completions. Vince Wilfork came up with his second interception of the year in only the fourth week of the season, and running it back 19 yards before a number of Raiders managed to take him down. In the next week the Pats will be playing division rival New York Jets, who has not been playing up to expectations this year, with a record of only 2-2, and a disappointing a loss to Baltimore this week.
